Your Order is shipped the next working day in an express post pack, with the sender being Jamerelle Pty Ltd. You should receive your order 2 working days after making your purchase.

The courier or anyone associated with the delivery is not aware of its contents the return address on the back does not say The Sweet Spot you have nothing to worry about, no nosy neighbour will be able to tell what it is! If your express post parcel can not be delivered then you will have to collect it at your local post office, but again no one knows what it is.

If you want it shipped to a different address that's fine just please advise if it is a work address so we can mark it private and confidential for you. We do not ship to PO BOX addresses for fraud reasons so we apologise for any inconvenience.

We like to treat your purchase as special so you can enjoy opening the contents, however from the outside discretion is strictly adhered to with your gift arriving in an express post bag. The order cut off for shipping is 5p.m if we receive it by 5p.m it will go out the next day. If we receive after 5p.m then it will be sent the following day. The postage costs within Australia are 500g or under $8.00  above 500g is $11.30.                              

International Shipping

We use registered post international through Australia Post for our international shipping.
Postage time is within 3-10 working days. International shipping costs are as follows:
Up to 500g $22.00
Over 500g to 2KG is $53.00

All international orders placed through the site are sent via Registered post International. We require a physical address and a phone number for every international order.

Depending upon your destination country, deliveries will take 3-10 business days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you at the time of importation.

You are considered the importer by record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. Australia Post will not release shipments without a signature, so please be aware that you will need to either sign a door tag or sign for the package directly.  All Items are discreetly packaged.
