The Sweet Spot Store operates under Jamerelle Pty Ltd ABN 33 108 825 412. Jamerelle is what will appear on your bank statement and on the back of your discreet packaging.
GST - All products are inclusive of GST.                   

Payment Option

We accept credit cards (MasterCard and Visa only). Debit credit Cards with the MasterCard or visa logo on them and direct deposit are acceptable methods of payment. Your credit card statement will show Jamerelle Pty Ltd. If paying by credit card a ccv number is required to ensure that you have the physical card in your possession. We also use 3D secure online payments with Visa and MasterCard. When you pay, a pop-up window will appear asking you to enter a unique, personal code that you have registered with your bank. The bank then authenticates the cardholder performing the transaction and provides the electronic retailer explicit evidence of the online purchase.

This gives you further evidence that we want to protect you from having money stolen from your card through fraud. If you do not have a code this screen will not appear. If you want to pay by direct deposit please email us at sales@thesweetspot.com.au with the items and your contact details and we will send you further instructions  If you do not wish to pay by credit card online you can contact us on 1300 178 290 or info@thesweetspot.com.au and we can take your order over the phone, just advise us in the email of your name, best phone number and time range to call you on the next working day and we will endeavour to call you when it is convenient.

PayPal do not allow adult stores to set up facilities with them so this option is not available.

Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into with direct deposit will cease with immediate effect after 3 working days unless all outstanding monies are received in full.  Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of funds into the following bank account  ACCOUNT NAME: Jamerelle Pty Ltd

- When transferring funds your order number is the reference number
- If payment is not received within 3 working days your order will be cancelled.
- An email will be sent with our bank details once you make your order and select the direct payment option.

All transactions are processed in AUD

Cancellation Policy

We require notification of cancellation before 24 hours has passed from time of order. Notification for instance, via email sales@thesweetspot.com.au or 1300 178 290 or order will be non cancellable. We reserve the right to levy a $10 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.  International payments we accept credit card and visa/MasterCard debit cards only.                               

Substitution

If orders have already been sent (within 24 hours) then no substitution will be available. If we receive an email to sales@thesweetspot.com.au or a call to 1300 178 290 within 24 hours from ordering then we can amend or substitute your order.

For our Lingerie/Costumes there is a size chart and we strongly recommend ensuring that the measurements that are on there are checked to ensure the correct size is chosen. The only time we will accept substitution on lingerie/costumes is if the garment is not the correct size as per the size chart shown, constituting a fault in the garment. The tags need to be attached and garment unworn, for the refund policy to apply.

Please see refund policy for further information. Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to substitute any adult toys once you have received them. Erotic DVD's need to be covered in plastic or sweet spot seal still attached                                              

Guarantees and Warranties

We will credit or exchange your goods for defective items only or any shipping errors made by us. When you receive your items please promptly check all items and make sure that they are working. If they are not they need to be returned within 30 days. Please check the following before contacting us.

- Make sure you are using the correct batteries
- Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
- Try new batteries
- Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture

If this did not help and the product is defective, please see our returns policy for further details. If your item has stopped working due to a defect after 30 days please contact us at sales@thesweetspot.com.au or on 02 46482863, as some items we stock have a 1 Year replacement warranty and we may be able to assist you further, however we cannot guarantee a replacement.  Please do not send these items to us, wait until we have contacted you and we will advise you what to do next.                                                          

Security

Your Credit Card payment is processed through Camtech which are focused on meeting security standards that are industry leading. The focus is on the safe processing and storage of sensitive information.

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is a strict security standard that Visa and MasterCard have implemented to ensure personal information is properly protected. Camtech holds the highest level of PCIDSS accreditation.

Camtechs operations are audited regularly to ensure that PCIDSS is being kept at a high standard. Camtech maintains a membership of the Australian Processing and Clearance association. All staff at Camtech are screened and background checked.

The Sweet Spot holds a SSL Certificate, this essentially ensures private communication by encrypting the data being sent with 128 bit encryption, essentially creating an envelope for privacy and protecting your valuable information. You should not purchase items on a site with no SSL certificate as you may not be protected.

Your credit card details are not held by The Sweet Spot and the last 4 digits are crossed out so we cannot see your information, there is no record of them on our system. This should give you peace of mind that we have done our best to ensure that we have secure providers and systems in place to protect your valuable information.

Availability

Unless otherwise state you are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. International Duties and Customs (For Orders Outside of Australia only)

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you at the time of importation.

You are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs.

If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order.  Customers also understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged for shipping charges (to the customer and back to us) so please ensure all of your details are correct.
